I have to repeatedly refresh it, and in the last month I had to compleatly disconect my watch twice, and at times delete the app and it still wont recognize my watch for a few weeks even if my watch is touching my phone. Also it is extreamly inaccurate i sign alot and it counts my hands moving as footsteps, also I could walk three miles and it would count it as one.
