Ask A Question. Can you try any other disc to make sure? If it's only this very specific disc, I'd say that your disc is either, well, dirty or damaged. I clean my discs using microfiber cloth, doing straight lines from the inner portion towards the outer.

Some people simply spray Windex on them and wipe them with paper towels but I haven't ever used that method. Just do not use alcohol to clean them ever.
