In theory, this should allow players to mod Skyrim just as much as as PC players. There's one big limitation to modding the Xbox version of Skyrim , however. This mod hugely expands the capabilities of Skyrim by extending its scripting capacity, and without it many of the Skyrim mods made over the last decade simply will not work. I can't stress this enough but seriously the only temporary fix is hard resetting. Deleting your saves and or reinstalling will give you the same results as hard reseting until it works. It's a bug, there is no permanent fix until Bethesda addresses it. Sorry to hear that you're dealing with this issue trying to use your new mods for Skyrim.
